In developing the d-pages, we had a few key points in mind: style – They had to look cool--after all, they are from digital reaction--and we wanted to make sure that even though they are template-based designs, they still have the high level of polish and style we are known for. cost – They had to be inexpensive and accessible to even the smallest budget. We also accept credit card transactions to make it even easier. simplicity – The process of developing and launching the site had to be quick and easy. If all goes well, most d-page sites can be launched in under 3 weeks. customization – How do we make sure that two businesses using the same template look dramatically different? Although the actual layout may not change, you pick the font and the color palette, provide your artwork and images and therefore make it your own. limitations – We had to determine at what point a potential d-page client would outgrow the site’s capabilities. This was tough, but simply put, the site can easily accommodate updates (text, images etc.) but is not meant for expansion or intense restructuring. Basically, we feel if the time comes that you have outgrown the d-pages capabilities, then your business is in a position to invest in a more tailored and scaleable site. |
