We have two service tiers and flexible terms, so you hire us only for what you need when you need it.

Advanced Web Services
- Priority Jobs (same or next day)
- Tech Support outside of regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9 to 5)
- Site Recovery and Restoration (from local or remote backup)
- On-location Assistance (where available)
All work costs and time frames are estimated before starting. Most basic and advanced work is completed within 5 business days. Priority work is completed within 48 hours. Hours are rounded to the nearest half hour after a one-hour minimum. Hours are billed at the end of each month and payment is due within 30 days unless otherwise noted.
